Ventura Contemporary

Every once in awhile we get the opportunity to design a contemporary home like this 5,500 SF beauty. These preliminary designs for the new 5-bed, 5.5 bath custom home in Simi Valley take inspiration from a modern glass house, and traditional craftsman style. Raw materials like stone and reclaimed wood siding, contrast perfectly against the metal roof and tall glass windows. Giving an indoor-outdoor feel and blending in with the natural landscape.
